Interpretation

Words with their initial letters capitalized have specific meanings as defined below. These definitions apply whether they appear in the singular or plural form.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Policy:

“Company” (referred to as either “the Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” in this Policy) refers to H&H Enterprises, Inc. Dba H&H Truck & Outdoor.
“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
“Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
“Service” refers to the Websites.
“Websites” refer to H&H Outdoor, accessible from hhoutdoor.com, and H&H Truck, accessible from hhtruckaccessories.com.
“You” means the individual accessing the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Times

All Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of Orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Carports: These are typically in stock and available for pick-up within 5–10 business days. If you would prefer H&H install your carport, be sure to add installation when configuring your carport.
Aluminum Sheds: Free setup and delivery within 50 miles of the nearest H&H location. H&H provides everything needed to block and level your building upon installation. We simply need enough space—generally 2′ wider than the building—to maneuver into your yard. Please note that H&H does not remove fencing or landscaping. These preparations must be completed before your delivery date.
Wood Sheds: Custom-ordered wood buildings take approximately 6–14 weeks to build. Buildings larger than 12′ wide require escorts, which incur additional fees to be paid separately upon delivery. Delivery is free for buildings 12′ wide or smaller, up to 50 miles from the nearest H&H location.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

H&H Outdoor and H&H Truck are not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs or taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

H&H Truck & Outdoor is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You receive Your Order damaged, please contact Us immediately so We can assist in resolving the issue.

Order Pick-Up

Many of our popular products are stocked at each store, but please allow 2–3 business days for in-store pickup availability depending on stock levels. If a delay longer than 3 business days is expected, We will reach out to You via Your preferred contact method.

Return Shipping and Restock Fee

If You wish to return a product, You are responsible for return shipping costs and any other associated charges incurred during the return process. Additionally, returns may be subject to a 20% restock fee. For any questions about returns or to initiate a return, please contact Us using one of the methods listed below.
