Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Disclaimer:

• “Company” (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Disclaimer) refers to H&H Enterprises, Inc. Dba H&H Truck & Outdoor
• “Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
• “Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
• “Service” refers to the Website.
• “Website” refers to H&H Outdoor, accessible from hhoutdoor.com
• “You” means the individual accessing the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Carports:

These are in stock and available to pick up within 5-10 business days.  If you would rather H&H install it, be sure to add installation when configuring your carport.

Aluminum Sheds:

Free set up and delivery within 50 miles of your nearest H&H location!  H&H provides everything needed to block and level your building upon installation.  All we need is enough space to get it into your yard.  A good rule of thumb is 2′ wider than the building is required to safely enter the yard with minimal issues.  H&H does not take down any fencing or cut down shrubs, bushes, or tree limbs.  All of the above requirements must be done before the delivery date.

Wood Sheds:

Custom ordered Wood Buildings will take 6-14 weeks to build. Buildings larger than 12′ wide will require escorts that I will have to pay separately upon delivery.  Free delivery for buildings 12′ and smaller up to 50 miles from nearest H&H location.  

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

H&H Outdoor is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages

H&H Truck & Outdoor is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact us right away so we can resolve it.

Pick Up

While many over our top selling products are stocked at each store, most orders will require 2-3 business days to receive depending on availability. If we expect any delay extending past 3 business days, we will reach out to you at your preferred contact method.
