Master Your Beef is a new pellet grill fuel blend made of oak sawdust with pecan, sugar maple and black walnut blended in before pelleting. These pellets give SERIOUS Smoke flavor! Hickory, Pecan and Black Walnut are related in the tree family. If hickory is “normal” then pecan is your mild sweet aunt and black walnut is your obnoxious cousin. This blend is mild (pecan), sweet (sugar maple) and super smokey (black walnut). Fabulous for beef, good for chicken too.
